Julius to explain to King Goodwill Zwelethini what he meant

Julius has landed himself in some hot water again, this time over his comments regarding polygamy. Last week the ANC Youth League president generously sprouted this pearl of wisdom in a televised speech to his masses: "[leaders] must lead by example. You must have one wife, or one husband. If you are still young, you must have one boyfriend and you must have one girlfriend".

Nice of Julius to assume we all have bisexual urges when we're young. Equally refreshing is to see his stance on same sex relationships - at least when you're still young. Now did he mean that if you're young you can have a wife or a husband PLUS a girlfriend AND a boyfriend?

Julius managed to confuse himself as well... we all assumed (as one would) that this was another sleight at Jacob Zuma (the Deputy Chief Polygamist in the country), but it turns out he was trying to convince his followers that being promiscuous with multiple partners will kill you (with the HIV and the AIDS). Serious stuff!

Julius' latest Juliusm has seemingly attracted the wrath of the Chief Polygamist in the country, Zulu King Goodwill Zwelithini. Seems Julius finds himself in a pickle though - he did say leaders must lead by example before ordering the young of the nation to take one boyfriend and one girlfriend. Tough one to explain... On the other hand, he will probably find it easier to slip out of this one than slipping into one of his Armani suits...

But Julius's wisdom doesn't end with counting to 1 though. For the past while he has been trying to convince his parent party to reconsider nationalising mines. He has also been calling for the abolishment of the "willing buyer willing seller" land reform program. Then he has also been yapping about replacing Gwede Mantashe with current Deputy Police Minister Fikile Mbalula. It's been a busy week, even for Julius.
