Mathematics grades to be adjusted so pupils may pass
According to this News24 story, "80% of matriculants will fail maths exam paper 1 (algebra) if their grades aren't adjusted."

Seriously... wtf?

Apparently the paper was too hard and did not contain enough easy questions for "weaker" students to get the passing grade. Now, to remedy the situation they're suggesting adjusting these grades. The mind boggles.
